This is Op & Top (Bitter) w/ Brett...it's a Wild/Sour Ale but don't really know how to add this from the styles available here on BA. On-tap at Holy Grale at their De Molen Tap Takeover Event.

A - Pours a mirky orange color, white head, thin collar.

S - Citrus, oak, yeast funk, slightly tart. Very light nose, with mostly a funky brett & yeast with some light citrus.

T - Citrus, light bitterness from the base beer, light tartness, vinegar, oak. Alcohol is non-existant. Finish is citrus funk with some oak.

M - Light body, good carbonation, clean finish.

O - Decent. I was expecting more from this beer, but perhaps the brett need to work a little more to sour this one up a bit more. Very easy to drink and refreshing, but otherwise, forgettable.
