Dark as the night. Beige head, one finger, quite compact.
In the smell dark malt. Very dark, with sugary notes.
In teh taste cocoa notes, but as well some very fresh note, anise-like, very strange.
Something lightly burnt, too. Anyway, al the tastes are quite untied.
Sweet and sugary, with burnt aftertaste.
Not so good.

BB 01-06-2007. Some white head not that lasting and a black beer that just shows some brown hints. Nose is fruity, almond and caramellic, sweet and flowery and overall very inviting and fresh. Taste is full and good having liquorice, almond, caramellic and malty notes, anis and very complex. Great and well balanced and though sweet and alcoholic overall very balanced. Low carbonisation fits brew and makes mouthfeel just fine. Well drinkable beer and IMO one to look out for.
