Came in a standard pint a hazed deep amber with a thinner soapy-like head.Aromas of caramel malts,pine,and earthiness,big on the dry earthiness.Like the nose earthy tones are big on the palate alon with caramel,brown sugar,and resinous hops,the rye give a light sharp bite in the finish.I don't know,the beer really hits hard with the earthiness up front and for me the rest of the flavors couldn't match it's intensity.
