Pours a hazy yellow. Carbonation is crazy with tons of bubbles rushing to the top of the beer forming a HUGE rocky foamy head. I had to wait for the head to settle before I could fill the glass. The beer dripped down the outside of the glass as I eagerly pour. The aroma on this one is faint. Slightly lemony? and biscuity? The flavor is a punch in the mouth. Very citrus with mostly lemon and a little bit sour. The carbonation is not as harsh on the tongue as i expected it to be. There is a lingering sourness and slight bitterness.

From the growler, it pours a hazy amber with a moderate head. Lacing as you enjoy the beer. Definite citrus in the nose, followed by a pleasant slightly hoppy flavor to the liquid. Enjoyable, but dangerous.

Pours into an impy nonic a hazed kind of apricot color with an out of control blooming head that was an overflow even with a regular pour, nice looking body bu the head was a bit of a problem.Love the juicy fruity aromas with a touch of mown grass, the topaz hop brings alot of aroma complexity.A little sharpness in the feel, quite heavily carbonated.A nice flavor profile but it lacks the punch the aromas do,fresh and citric with a little biscuit underneath. Not as good as the first two "Hop of the Month" offerings but quite drinkable.

Hazy apricot body with a tall, lumpy head that leaves some frothy lacing. Fruity, perfumey hop aromas with a grassy-green dry hop edge. Melons, limes, peach skins. Similar hop character in the flavor: apricot, flowers, and citrus rind. Solid medium body, slick, and drying out in the finish. Pretty decent - reminiscent of the IPA of the Month series. Kind of muddled and heavier than it should be though.
