Clear gold topped with a thick foamy head. Aromas of green grass, melon, tea, nuts, yeast. Hoppy flavor with a nutty sweetness that feels a little heavy. Herbal greenness, mint, floral sweetness. Medium bodied fluffy feel. With a couple exceptions, these HotM beers have been pretty disappointing.

Pours into an imperial nonic a dull honeyed medium golden with thinner but well sustained white head atop.Pine notes stand out most in the nose with a lighter floral as well.Spicy and earthy the Mt. Hood's really show thru nicely on the palate with only a nutty and slightly sweet biscuit base underneath, there is a second shot of spiciness in the finish.I like the flavor profile and it goes down easy,a winner.
