Pours into an imperial nonic a dull medium golden with a large blooming white head that leaves alot of broken chunks behind as it settles. For being such a big "aroma" hop the nose is a bit tame, some grapefruit and sweet onion notes stand out, with a bit of grass.Flavors have a briney element to them....almost salty with a back end fruitiness and slight bitterness.Hmm a very odd flavor profile but it's not horrible...just different.

Poured into a Double Barley can-shaped glass. No freshness date.

A- Pours a somewhat hazy medium amber color with a 1/2 inch off-white head that retains well before becoming a thick ring around the edge of the glass and a mostly full sheet of surface foam. resilient lacing leaves large clots behind.

S- Juicy aroma almost reminds me of fruity bubble gum. Also a bit of dank pine.

T- Flavor is more abrasive than the aroma lets on. The bitterness is pretty harsh as well as the alcohol presence. the fruity character of the hops and the slight sweetness from the hops try to combat this but ultimately fall flat.

M- Sharp from the hops and booze. Medium carbonation and a body leaning toward the lighter side.

O- Can't believe how boozy this tastes for a mere 7% ABV. They need to experiment a bit more before making another IPA like this.
