The rugged hills and trails of western North Carolina beckon with their own special call of the wild. One that promises adventure, rejuvenation, and an intimate commune with nature. This IPA is dedicated to helping #crafthappiness on the trails of our beautiful Appalachian Mountains. Not only do they beckon us with their soul-renewing presence – they gave us the name of our brewery.

Pours into an imperial pint glass a clear shimmering golden with a billowing full one finger ever so slight off white head atop.Aromas are on the lighter side,I get some grass and herbal notes with not much sweetness involved.A dryer palate with grassy and leafy flavors and a bready malt base, somewhat ho hum to be honest.I have been a fan of the Foothills hop series over the past few years, this is a little lackluster....I hope it's not a trend.
