Notes from Seaport Beer Fest 08/11/07
Appearance: Poured a golden blonde colour with a small white head, some lace, quickly settles to a thin ring.
Aroma: Sweet, a little bit of wheat, some grains.
Taste: Very mellow flavour, a tiny bit of a wheat bite, definately not enough to promote it as a wheat beer. Pretty refreshing.
Mouthfeel: Medium carbonation, very light bodied. High drinkability but slightly hindered by grainy finish.
Final Statement: Wouldn't be a bad lawnmowing beer, but it's definately low on wheat, a very low quality wheat beer. Overall its inoffensive.
