Apparently the Southwest cannot make a hefeweizen with a decent head on it. There was only a crown that left no lacing. The beer was slightly cloudy with a goldenrod color and an inner orange glow. This brewery does get their beers to glow, I'll give them that and a higher rating for the appearance than the head deserved.
The requisite banana esters are present, so they used the proper yeast. There is a slight clove presence as well behind the wheat grass smell.
Whole wheat bread dominates the flavor palette and the banana diminishes on the tongue. The clove is almost missing.
The strength of this one is the mouthfeel. Light and refreshing, it has the perfect body for a hefe. It's a little lacking on some of the other key elements but still a very drinkable representation.

Pours beautiful hazy gold/yellow with rocky white head.
Nose has plenty of banana fruit, fresh bread, and some spice.
Banana is prominent on the palate, with some wheat cracker sweetness, and medium to light bodied.
Very drinkable hefe-weizen aimed more towards the banana than clove, but not necessarily unbalanced.
Best locally brewed beer in Flagstaff, hands down.

Medium gold color, hazy. Aroma is citrusy and fruity. A medium bodied hefe. Fairly flavorful. Malts are mild and fruity. Hops are light and citrusy. Only a touch of the banana and clove stuff. More in the German style. Nice, light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
