Had a pint at the brewery 8/3/20 for $6.00.
Beer was served black with a nice off white head with the original pour.
Nose is light roast and a touch of light floral hops.
Taste is light roasted malts with dark cocoa over a lighter malt base. Finishes balanced with a touch of astringency; 5/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and pretty smooth.
Overall not a bad beer but the astringency after taste was a bummer.
