Appearance: clear light amber in color with some yellowish highlights. Some spotty lacing developed.
Smell: mild fruity sweetness is all that is detectable.
Taste: decent malt backbone with some ripe fruit overtones. Little bitterness here. Very simple profile but flavorful.
Mouthfeel: lightly crisp from start to finish. A hint of dryness arrives very late. Aftertaste is short, almost bordering on clean. Medium bodied beer.
Drinkability: decent beer to accompany one of the brick oven pizzas. Mildly refreshing too.
