A - Dirty yellow, slightly unfiltered looking, minimal head and same ok/good lace.

S - Citrus, fruity, hops, bread, and some malts back in there.

T - Citrus hop bitterness, very good complexity, some alcohol taste, some hops, some fruitiness.

M - Balanced carbonation & medium to heavy body.

D - Drinks rather strong, but not overbearing and great for the hop head! Really has that different taste and smell I look for, but definity its own style of an IPA. Thumbs up I like it, only $8.50 at a 7-11, usually 7-11's are limited.

A - Poured a golden color with an off white head that leaves lacing behind

S - Is of bready malt with citrus hops

T - Follows the nose starts off with bready malt then finishes with citrus hops

M - This beer has a medium body with medium carbonation to it

D - This is a pretty good beer that I could drink a few of in a sitting this one is worth picking up sometime if you see it around

For the first time, I've bought a beer I can't review? There is no info on this beer other than a BA forum search turned up someone that thought this might have been brewed by Firehouse Brewing? It's made in San Diego so that may make sense. I've had it in my fridge for 5 months and it's stamped OCT 18, 2009. I can only assume this was a one off attempt. So far I'm impressed that I popped the cap and didn't pour and it's foaming a white foamy head out of the bottle and does not stop even after three times clearing it. It's got something going on.

A: BIG HUGE MAMMOTH foam head, going away at a leisurely pace, even with a "beer pour", I'd say outstanding in my book. It looks like fresh beer with pillowy churn across the top. Hazy and dimly orange, more yellow, and no particulate at the bottom.

S: Subdued orange peel. Candy like. That's it. Nothing else. It smells of juice.

M: Licorice, a little Jujyfruit, but almost no aftertaste. Washes thin in the mouth. Creamy for a short while.

T: Slight malt wash with a tar taste but the fruity hops kick into overdrive, with more of the orange coming out but grapefruit there too. Not strong alcohol even though this is 6.1. A little pepper at the end.

D: Well, if this was still available, and I don't think it is because even the website from "Hop Farmer Fine Ales" and "Hopefarmeripa.com" does not exist anymore. I would say they made a fine balanced IPA and one that I wouldn't mind revisiting because of all beers reviewed thus far, this one went down quick.
