Crushinator's bottle. Creamy and quite leaf licking bitter pils, average for beers claiming pils status, and credible without the word German before it. Saaz hops and other hops, I believe English. Not that satisfying but made us think about after consuming.

A: Clear yellow, white head, very little retention, light lace.

S: Floral, grassy, catty, metallic & bready.

T: Floral, grassy, catty, light bread, butter, good bitterness.

M: Light to moderate body, moderate carbonation, smooth.

D: Quite drinkable.

A little more new world than Germanic.

A real gutsy Pilsner using plenty of northern brewer hops and rich German nobles infused to give both bite and balance.

Poured a shimmering burnished gold color with a sticky frothy 3 finger cap that lasts and laces the glass.

Aroma is excellent: rich bready pale malts in balance with herbaceous spicy hops.

Medium light body with tons of flavor....big biscuity malts in the front with a rapacious dose of herbal-spicy hops to balance...finish is clean, crisp and dry with a fair amount of residual bittering from some super alpha hopping.

One of the better crafted Pils I have tasted in Canada. A hop head’s pilsner reminiscent of Victory Prima pils
