A: Pours a very nice pink-ish red with a lovely pink tinted white head. Retention is good and lacing is decent.
S: Medium intensity. You get a lot of cherries and tart notes with maybe some lemon rind and green apple like notes. No malt detected and just a little funk.
T: Very high intensity. That is one tart beer man. Very dry too with almost no residual sugars. The cherries are front and center with a lot sour juiciness. Lemon rind is there too with some green apples. Nicely complex but lacks the funk of better sours.
M: Very light and fluffy feel. Very accurate to the genre.
O: Easily the best sour made in Quebec that I had the chance to try. Accurately sour/tart, very dry and juicy. If it had more funk, it would rank among some of the best out there IMO.
