Getting this after some time in the bottle. cafe faded.vanilla adds sweetness. but raspberry is still good.some watery spots though smoother drinking it the next night. Still good.|

Blend of oak aged dark beers with raspberries, coffee, vanilla, and wild yeast. This is a very complex and sour beer. Raspberry hits right off the top but underneath is noticeable vanilla with just a trace of coffee. Moderate sweetness and dryness.
