Bottle: Poured a light yellow color lager with a nice foamy head with low retention and some minimal lacing. Aroma consists of light floral malt with some very subtle hops. Taste is also quite light but not as bland as the style would suggest with some medium-sweet malt with some light floral notes and some very subtle dry hops. Well done and easily quaffable for a style that is not known to produce masterpiece.

Paired this one with a PCT (Pepperoni, cheese and tomato sandwich).
Poured from a 341ml. bottle.
Appearance: Pale yellow gold, slightly clear with a thick white as a cloud head.
Smell: Citrus and corn, light aroma.
Taste: Clean taste with some citrus and a touch of bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Good carbonation makes it alive and refreshing (zesty). Some banana maybe with a kind of bready finish. Cloves in there and i swear i can taste some very mild hops. Having trouble nailing the citrus, probably lemon without the sourness and acidity. As it warms, develops a more malt-like character.
Drinkability: Very easy to drink this one, no problems here.
Overall: A light beer with taste. Very true to the style, one of the best examples of light beer IMHO. Don't expect a complex beer because, quite frankly, it's not supposed to be one. Perfect for a hot summer afternoon.
