From the pint can of indeterminate age, it pours a slightly hazy light yellow color with a very large thick white head that slowly reduces. The nose gets some sweet grass scent, followed by the mouth getting a very pleasant but overly bitter brew. After stopping, there is a mild, lightly bitter, aftertaste.

16oz can. Clear, golden yellow appearance with a small, fizzy, white head of foam. It left some sheets of lace. Aroma was cereal, grains and toasted bread. Nice caramel backbone with a mild, citrusy bite.

Pours a fizzy bubbly 1 finger head with fair retention, a little lacing, clear light pale golden pilsner color

Nose big pilsner malt, super grainy sweet, doughy, straw, a bit of cereal, big malt presence, some noble floral herbal hop notes in the background

Taste brings more fresh malt, lots of pilsner malt again, quite doughy, straw, some malt richness that may be decoction but not sure, fair hops with med-lighter bitterness, herbal floral noble hop notes, dry crisp finish with a bit more hop bitterness turning a touch spicy

Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med frothy carb

Overall quite nice, very well done Czech lager

Very pale straw color. Light chill hazy. Smaller head that settles quickly. Some slippery lace.

Hoppy with earth tones on the initial smell. Some raw graininess to the nose.

Straight up bitterness comes in quickly due to a weak malt base. The body and carbonation match the style well. There's a touch of hot pepper. Shorter aftetaste.

Poured a light blond color in a Pilsner glass.
The brewer suggests serving temps, glassware, and shelf life.

I really like their aged Baltic Porter. This is a good beer, it’s more of a blond beer less pilsner. The aroma isn’t strong but the taste is lightly malty, crisp, and with mild bitterness.

Overall, good taste and look, but it lacks the substantial heft of a Czech pilsner.
It should be marketed as a blond beer which is common in Quebec.

Mildly cloudy, pale yellow body; rough carbonation; initially thick head, relatively quickly receded to a thin yet semi-creamy, white head; patchy bits of foam cling to the inside of the glass. Incredibly pleasant smell; fresh baked bread and biscuit; grassy, floral, and citrus notes; lemon bread. Nice overall taste; light, delicate malt base; light to moderate sense of lemon and lime within a doughy context; moderate bitterness. Medium body; fairly rough and coarse on the palate; light dryness.

The mouthfeel seems a bit rough for a pilsner, yet there is a nice lightness and and bitterness that redeems its lager qualities. Well-worth exploring.

Pours pale straw gold and fizzy colour. Nice head with good retention and lacing. Aromas are dominated by sweet malt and tropical fruit. Taste combines floral hops, toasted cereal, and hint of citrus - lemon in particular. Elevated hops and bitterness on the finish balanced with a light crisp carbonated feel. None of it is overpowering on the feel which is good.

16 ounce can - pours a bright slightly less than clear yellow with three fingers of puffy, tight bubbly white head.
Aroma lemony citrus, cereal malt nose, floral hops.
Tastes of grainy cereal malt, clean floral hops, fresh bread, crackery, with crisp bitterness.
Medium mouthfeel - drinks fuller than 4.6% ABV - brisk carbonation with a dry finish and briefly lingering bitterness.
Deliciously drinkable Pilsner.

Bottle: Poured a golden color pilsner with a large white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light vegetable notes is OK. Taste is a mix of cereal notes with some residual sugar notes but some light overcooked vegetable notes were also noticeable. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable but I could do without those light overcooked vegetable notes.
