From a 473ml can, dated 06/01/22. Served in a cervoise.
Pours a minimally cloudy, pretty sunshiney pale gold with a scant fizzy head and no retention to speak of.
Nose is floral and tart. Aroma of honey or maybe a little pee-like.
If the word 'gose' had not been printed on the can, I don't think I would have identified it as one. As it is, there is a slight, salty minerality and an herbal quality which, again, I wouldn't have identified as coriander and instead of being tart there's just a sort of spicy wheat bite to it.
Feel is clean and quenching, medium bodied but probably a little hefty relative to the style - still, brightly carbonated and, at 3.8% abv, super-easy to drink.
Overall, nice. I'm not an aficionado of the style so hopefully my ratings do it justice. At any rate, I enjoyed it and would undoubtedly drink it again if it were put in front of me.
