Bottle: Poured a black color porter with a small dark brown foamy head with limited retention and light lacing. Aroma of chocolate malt with some light liquorice and some apple notes. Taste is a mix of chocolate notes with some light liquorice and bitter notes offset by sweet apple. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable experiment of flavours mix.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 10.9%. Black colour, moderate to small tan head. Aroma of roast malts, fresh apples, oak and calvados. The flavour has the same elements, also hints of chocolate, mild coffee and liquorice.
