Served from a cask into a 16 oz (473 ml) nonic pint glass at Grizzly Peak Brewing Company in Ann Arbor, MI.
A: Pours a hazy, golden to amber hazy color with a one finger, off-white head, low retention, but solid lacing.
S: Light, light nose. Aromas of caramel, bread, and lactate. A hint of a tangy note.
T: Semidry and slightly tart. Flavors basically follow the nose. Light, but peppery bitterness, particularly on the back end.
M: Medium bodied and low to moderate carbonation. Chewy.
O: A very mild, subtle Festbier.
