Tasted at the Michigan Brewers Guild Winter Beer Fest.
i was served a deep copper sample with a fluffy off white head.
the aroma was peachy, vanillia, oak, hopsack.
the flavor is malty, hopspice, bitterness, dropping off ending with minerality.
the mouthfeel is very full coats your mouth as it goes down.
