Served on tap into a 16 oz (473 ml) nonic pint glass at the Grizzly Peak Brewing Company in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
A: Pours a nearly clear, dark golden color with a one finger, white head, solid retention, but somewhat soapy lacing.
S: Very floral and fruity with carnation, tangerine, peach, and honey suckle.
T: No more than semisweet. Definitely flavors the more citrus and pine elements of the nose. Subtle and balanced bitterness throughout consumption.
M: Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation.
O: Urban Warbear, albeit in the keg not the cask, is the best. Enjoyed the other, cask versions that I have had, but there is something to be said for an original.
