On-tap at the brewpub, named more specifically "Kim and Bob's Amarillo Pale Ale."
I like that the citrus hops are smoother than their flagship pale ale, but the hops are also more muted. I suppose that ties into the EPA designation, and through that looking glass, this beer does provide the proper smooth and subtle malts with a balance of hops and bittness. Not a big flavor, but pleasant and very drinkable. It reminds me of Tree Fort Beer, made across town at the Arbor/Corner Brewery.

Originally reviewed August 17 2007. On tap at the brewpub. Aroma solid in a cactus of bold and only Amarillo. Very prickly and flowing. Pour is a little hazed and golden, rimmed in a soap of white. Flavor presents lots of glowing hops and just enough background to keep it alive. Clean and clear with a mild, lightly honeyed malt body. Backs out with a crisp tang of Thai spice hop dryness and smack in the middle of desert foliage. Beautifully done.

Reddish tinge, great lacing. Very bitter taste and aftertaste, thin mouthfeel. Malt just not there right. Something in the process did not capture this tasty hop's potential or it was around a bit too long or the end of the batch. Drinkable, as are all the beers, but merely average.
