Served from a hand pull/cask into a nonic pint glass at the Grizzly Peak Brewing Company.
A: Pours a hazy golden to amber color with a finger, off-white head, solid retention but somewhat spotty lacing.
S: Very floral with bouquet of rose, carnation, and honey suckle, giving way to citrus, lemon and grapefruit, as well as pine.
T: Sweet to semisweet. Definitely flavors the more citrus and pine elements of the nose. Subtle and balanced bitterness at first which becomes more solid during consumption.
M: Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation.
O: This is essentially Urban Warbear which has been aged in the barrel with Comet and Mosaic hops. Really a treat.
