A: Reddish brown. Looked a little too light
S: Nothing special to note. Smelled like a light beer.
T: Almost floral, leaving malty and caramel flavors.
M: Bitter and offputting at first but finishes smooth and tasty with a nice caramel taste.
O: Didn't really bring anything new to the table. I actually noticed the color as it was reddish brown but from a glace it looked watery and like it wouldn't carry a prominent flavor. I was right, as it had hints of flavor but nothing that really stood out.

A:brown with little lacing, and small head
S: I honestly cant remember the details of this right now, I will re-review with this later
T: Strong hops/yeast taste, with a little rye. aftertaste is not harsh (I dislike strong hops) and it was easy to go back for another drink.
M: Not strong, as stated before kinda watery
D: Unfortuately this would be a beer for meat, not pizza as I had.

I believe this is an American Rye beer rather than an English Bitter or ESB, please report an update to the style if I am wrong.
I had this last night, with dinner, after giving it a taste on sunday.
A: A nice golden brown color that has little head (usually due to the bartenders overflowing the beers). The tiny head that was there stuck around for quite some time and laced beautifully. This is one of the best lacing beers I've ever seen. I bet if this beer was poured properly it would have near perfect appearance.
S: Cascade hops dominate, with possibly other American hop varieties thrown in there as well. The malt gives off an aroma almost like caramel with a hint of the typical fresh Grizzly Peak yeasty aroma. The rye sort of seems lost here as there is a lack of aroma and complexity.
T: The taste is a fabulous accomplice to the Flank Steak special I had thanks to the Ann Arbor restaurant week. Cascade hops add a fruity-bitterness upfront, with a clean and crisp finish of malty rye goodness that is quite dry. Notes of caramel from the malt and even spice from the hops and yeast are quite noticeable. There is a pleasant after-taste that is never bitter, and encourages further drinking (drinkability).
M: While there is an initial creaminess, the mouth feel seems more and more watery after the CO2 dissipates.
D: A proper session or dinner beer, not too heavy and not too light. Interesting flavors make sure you never get bored, but the flavor is not quite complex enough on it's own but just so happens to be perfectly balanced with a nice steak.
