A - Yellow colored beer with a small white head, left some minor splotches on the glass.
S - Smells of belgian yeast, touch of phenols and ethers, some good christmas spice, and honey.
T - This is actually a fairly enjoyable beer. It's a nice take on a witbier. There is appropriate yeast and some citrus fruit. The beer is nicely spiced with things that make me think of Christmas and there is some honey sweetness as well.
M - Low carbonation, lighter side of medium bodied.
O - Found this beer to be a pleasant surprise given what I had drank from the brewery already and the style. Nice take, good beer.

On tap at the brewpub - Dec 20, 2007. Faint hexane aroma. Pours a murky clouded gold, with lacing soapy white head. Flavor presents as a muddled orange rind and coriander. Bright and peppery. Nostril tingling. Estery. Yeast shows pretty strongly through a number of spices. Strongly flavored in a good way. Rich. A long, fresh resin-like Noble hop parches the backend for good balance. Not bad.
