Sommerfryd, a wonderful fresh reddish beer with a scent and taste of citrus and campari.
Brewed with light malts and Hibiscus flower and a bit of coriander to support the special taste and scent of hibiscus.
Bottom fermented with South German yeast.

Copenhagen 7/9 2016. 50 cl bottle from Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel, Østerbrogade, Kbh. N. Very orange and red summerlike label. Matched very well by the beer.
Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a small white head. Bubbly. Head disappears fairly fast. No lacing.
Aroma actually reminds me of Campari. Sourish bitterness with a hint of alcohol. Like lemonade for adults.
Soft carbonation and a watery palate.
Flavor is sweet and fruity followed by a medium sourness with hints of citrus. Aftertaste is short and sour.
Like a watery Campari - very summerlike but I would not drink a six pack.
