From Boxbeers. In Grimbergen glass. Watching Stranger Things 1x07-08. Dark fruits, candi sugar. Low carbonated but nice feel. The anise and coriander notes are soft but enough to give it a nice christmas profile

Not much of a head. Very dark appearance. Rather weak smell, with some coffe. Taste is very malty, with some sweetness, and some notes of darkly roasted malts, as well as coffe and cherries. Slight note of aniseeds. Feels more lika a barleywine than a Christmas ale, but rather nice, all the same.
