I bought myself a 50 cl brown long-necked bottle. The yellow and red label with black writing looks really bacis - but hey, if they have to make the bottle interesting-looking - the beer is probably not...
A: The pour is hazy amber with a rich creamy tan really large head that sinks slowly into small lacings.
S: Sweet slightly roasted malt. Lots of fruit. Honey and citric notes. Buttery.
T: More bitter hops compared to the smell. Kind of piney and citric in an American way. The malt feels darker, and a little bit more roasted. Not bad.
M: Aftertaste lingers bitterly. Body is medium and carbonation is medium, but quite offensive.
D: A nice Danish Maibock, but a bit more bitter bite to it than other Maibocks I've tried earlier.

The beer is a hazy copper toned amber with a large beige head that leaves some lacing.
The smell is sweet and fruity, honey and strawberries, short bread and lemon.
The taste is less sweet, fresh acid fruit flavors, lemon and rhubarb, malty tones, dark bread, and a good measure of lasting bitterness in the finish.
Rather high carbonation, smooth and somewhat oily. A warm dry finish.
Much taste, and a good long bitterness. Ideal for slow consumption.
