500 ml bottle, kindly brought home from Copenhagen by my wife. Brew #201, ABV is 7.0%. Black colour, huge chocolate brown creamy head. Very nice roasted aroma, dark malts, chocolate, coffee. Hints of dark dried fruits as the beer warms up. Creamy mouthfeel. The flavour has distinct notes of coffee and roasted malts, also notes of chocolate and English liquorice, with a firm roasty and hoppy bitterness in the finish. Good stuff!

(From notes)
A - Deep, dark black color and was poured with a thinner tan head
S - Great roasted malt aromas with bittersweet chocolate and some sweetish malt notes
T - Roasted coffee is the flavor that shines first, but then comes the chocolate onslaught. Rich chocolate flavors from the malt, really good stuff here
M - Medium MF, that verges on creamy. Very satisfying and calming
D - Very drinkable for the complexity. Best suited as a sipper or after dinner/dessert brew.
Overall, I was highly impressed with this brew and the level of complexity was quite surprising. Would definitely recommend.
