Not sure why this is retired - had on-tap at Orsted in Copenhagen recently - it's a contract brewed specifically for Orsted.
Pours a clear amber-brown color with a one-finger off-white head. The head recedes into a wispy layer on top leaving decent lacing.
Smells of muted caramel malts with very mild hints of toastiness. As the beer warms slight amounts of earthy hops waft out.
Tastes good. Grainy caramel malt flavors kick things off and are quickly tempered by good amounts of earthy and lightly citrus hop flavors. Near the end of the sip the flavors are joined by hints of nuttiness that carry through to a moderately bitter ending.
Mouthfeel is OK. It's got a nice thickness however the carbonation is a bit on the heavy side.
Drinkability is good. I didn't have a problem finishing my glass and could have another.
Overall this is a nice, neutral beer - nothing flashy but a solid standard that I'm sure Orsted appreciates having available at all times.

(From notes)
A - Poured with a nice frothy white head that had really solid retention. Good lacing. Really orangey-copper color with a bit of a chill haze
S - Biscuity yeastiness, with a very mild earthy hop aroma
T - Doughy/biscuit flavor really dominates. Some cereal and barley grain flavors show up, and just a very mild hop finish
M - Thinner MF with fairly muted carbonation. Fairly 'clear' on the palate and didn't do much
D - Pretty drinkable given the lack of complexity, but fairly refreshing. Nothing wrong with not having a brain/palate buster, and the lower abv made it even more drinkable.
Overall, not a bad brew. Could be decently sessionable, and wouldn't mind having it again. Just wouldn't seek it out too hard. Try it if you get the chance.
