With Økologisk Påske Bryg (Organic Easter Brew) we have brewed a beer inspired by the classic English IPA. We have used the best types of organic malt, which has given a lovely malty flavor. The beer has a good freshness with fine nuances of flowers and citrus. The bitterness is slightly subdued, it is clean and sharp, and tastes of spring.
Usage:
Økologisk Påske Bryg is easy to drink, refreshing and fresh. It fits perfectly with the Danish Easter table with herring and warm dishes.

Copenhagen 25/3 2016. 50 cl bottle from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. Brown simple label stating the brewer and the name of the beer.
Pours slightly hazy orange amber with a white head. Settles as a thin patch of foam flating in the middle of the glass. Modest lacing.
Aroma is fruity sweetness with citrus, orange and a distinct tartness.
Prickly carbonation and slightly thick palate. Lively texture.
Flavor has a medium strong bitterness with a light sourness chiming in. Nice bitterness in the aftertaste which lingers for a while.
Nice fruity seasonal. Fresh and easily drinkable. Seems to capture the English style quite well.
