Organic Bock is brewed with our own organic barley malt and a good amount of hops.
It is rich in everything. A scent of grain, thick and dense foam, heavy malt flavor and sweetness kept nicely in balance by a fresh and intrusive hop bitterness.
Tight as in German, different as in American and created in Herslev.
Usage:
Organic Bock is suitable for strong dishes, where the bitterness can match the strong dish. Or when you have had too much boring beer.

Copenhagen 3/5 2016. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen. Something that looks like a blue cross on the label.
Pours clear amber with a white head. Stable. Settles as a very thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma of caramel with notes of sharp alcohol and some sourness. Toffee and sour grains. Metallic alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation and a slightly thick palate. Lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is dominated by fruity bitterness which is not able to completely disguise a boozy whiff of alcohol. Some malty sweetness in the background.
International Blue Cross is an organization dedicated to combat drug and alcohol abuse. I wonder what they would think of this boozy fellow.
