A: Pours a clear reddish/orange color. A one finger white head forms, but recedes in a second. Some light lace is left behind.
S: Slightly grainy malt with some toffee. Kind of a non descript fruity aroma.
T: Follows the nose. Very light grainy malt flavors with a light toffeeish sweetness. A light lingering bitterness.
M/D: A light to medium body. Fairly smooth, but a little on the watery side. Easy to drink, as it should be. Something I could session with no problem.
Not a bad beer at all, but kind of borring. There are much better cask beers around, but this will do in a pinch.

(transcribed from notes) Tasted in late July by half pint at my local JDW pub, the Half Moon, East End London.
A: bright, reddish-orangey golden in colour; a thin and fluffy beer head sustains rather well, leaving uneven sheets of lacing; low carbonation.
S: sour-sweet, berry-ish fruity-malts on top of hay-ish hoppyness, with an edge of sour oranges (but not exactly that...); some hints of floral hops in the background as well, but the theme is firmly malty.
T: as expected from the nose, the flavour is dominated by faintly toffee-ish and fruity malts as well, laced with a sour edge of raw nuts and hay-ish hoppyness, very mild in flavour... a delicately chocolatey and sweetness of roasted nuts linger in the aftertaste, plus a subtle hoppy feel in the finish.
M&D: smooth in texture and light in flavour, rather balanced; a light-bodied, malty bitter to quaff and enjoy... when on form!

I was told at the Lord Moon that this beer was a new release by this brewery. It poured a very pale almost lager like gold. Head retention was good and lacing exceptional. This sowewhat made up for the shockingly pale color. Had a unique taste that Suzanne nor I could identify. it was good though, had some hop and spice notes, plus a long finish. Another cask winner.
