I love a good Scottish ale, and this is definitely one of them. The taste was all wonderful malt, but not too sweet, and the the nut brown color in the glass was wonderful as well. A fantastic smooth as velvet ale, warming as the sun after a rainy morning.

On cask locally
Pours with a dark amber body, thick tight head with good retention, some lacing down the glass
Smell, some sweet malt, little bit of fresh hops, some fresh wort
Taste, smooth caramel creamy malt flavour, very faint hop profile in the background
A tasty session ale but nothing groundbreaking
