500ml bottle from The Raven, Glasgow (£4.75):
Quite a poor effort from Stewart here, this one never really got going and was a definite disappointment for me. There was a lot of wheat and at times it was almost reminiscent of a hefeweizen but the spices seemed to dominate and I felt it was trying to hard to be a Christmas beer at the expense of it actually tasting good.
