Had from a bottle at a "meet the brewer" event.
Great nose with a lot of apricot and some floral notes. The flavor is sadly quite bland as a follow up, however. The flavor is not bad, but it seems the brewers were a touch timid in adding flavor to this beer. This could very well be a difference in market preference, but I don't think so. The Margarita Gose by Stewart is absolutely incredible, full of flavor, and one of my favorite UK beers. I hope Stewart reformulates Hopricot to be a bit more flavorful like that beer; they've got a lovely idea here that just needs a little more love.

"A 5.4% Pale Ale made with real apricots. An inventive, collaborative brew of the homebrewing hive mind Brewstore and Edinburgh's Stewart Brewing.
A New World Pale Ale hopped liberally with Amarillo and Galaxy. A citrus assault up front gives way to a pithy dry bitterness from the apricot skins to finish off this moreish craft beer" (Stewart Brewing).
Lots of apricot in the nose; less in the flavor. Nectar in the nose; jam in the taste. The "apricotting" is not overdone but does largely mask the hops excepting the mildly bitter balance.
