An incredible surprise. I stumbled across this at a wine store while searching for drink pairings to accompany a tasting dinner. Decided to work this in as a match for a ceviche and the results were fantastic.
The appearance is a nice, albeit somewhat boring golden haze with a small head. The nose, however, leaves any semblance of boredom behind and hits you with a rich, tart yet still sweet, rush of citrus. The taste follows with similar gusto. Certainly less saline and tart than some of the more popular gose beers I've come across, but still a wonderful beer with a lot to offer. Seek this out, if you can.
