Served in a half-pint glass in Scotland. From notes. Reviewed April 2011.
A: White head quickly fades. The beer is cloudy (unfiltered) and vaguely translucent. Nice.
S: Virtually none. Faint tropical fruit?
T: Quite tasty! Light, crisp, summery, and pleasant. Mild hops and a wheaty graininess. Slight citrus? Maybe not. The aftertaste, however, is vaguely tropical and quite nice.
M: Niceish, but not great.
O: Good summer beer. Nice cask ale. Rather recommended.

Cask conditioned unfiltered wheat beer.
Pint from cask served into shaker pint sleeve at Au Bar in Edinburgh
A- cloudy orange body with thick cream 2 finger head that has excellent retention eventually falling to a crown. Lacing is very good.
S- citrus notes of lemons and oranges, hint of clove and vanilla.
T- floral and citrus flavours coming through again, notably lemon which is balanced with a biscuit maltiness with hint of hop bite in the finish
M- low to medium carbonation, medium to light body
D- not sure how to class this one. Lacks the high carbonation and very refreshing quality of a German hefeweizen but it's light and refreshing in it's own right. Flavours are present without being overbearing which makes this thirst quenching with an interesting moreish flavour profile.
