Bottled
Apperance: Light reddish with a wee, white, head.
Smell: Bread, Fruit and Cardamom.
Taste: Exotic fruit, Caramel, Cardomom and some phenols.
Mouthfeel: Smooth with medium-full liquid and with tiny bubbles and ending with a touch of fruit and caramel. No trace of the alcohol whatsoever.
A very different belgian strong ale. Delicious and elegant. Thanks to Fukito for hooking me up with this one!
