Yellow / golden in color w/ a slight haze, topped by a moderate sticky head. Lots of rich Munich malt and caramel in aroma, but a bit of noble hop spiciness is there as well. Lightly bodied and well attenuated, but w/ a dextrinous mouthfeel. Toasted malt backbone supported by moderate hop bitterness for style. Subtle herbal, slightly grassy Hallertauer hints. Finishes slightly sweet, clean and crisp, without a hint of fruitiness. One of the better brewpub maibocks I've had.
