Aroma: A nice Belgian banana/bubblegum yeast character, smell is right on target
Appearance: Clear copper amber glass without much of a head at all, and thus, no lace.
Flavor: Nice sweet bubblegum start that fades into sweet malt that slowly, oh so slowly fades into an alcoholic sweet note. Did I say sweet? Not quite enough hops to balance it out.
Mouthfeel: Low carbonation, almost flat actually, medium body with a thick texture.
Overall Impression: Pick of the litter taste wise for me from Little Apple, but just not quite glorious.

Dark golden hue with a light haze. Thin, but dense porcelain white head leaves decent lace. Banana esters and mildly tart, grainy wheat dominate. Subtle clove and bready pale malt are secondary. Trace bubblegum. Akin to an everyday Wit minus the spicing. Crisp, dryish wheat tartness upfront is ensued my mellow clove and bready, sweet cracker like malt. Phenol is initally of stately clove, but becomes slightly medicinal mid palate, but then tapers quickly. Well attenuated, light and crisp body a couple notches above thin. Malt sweetness is mostly derived from residual sugars due to the meager hop bitterness. Finishes lightly doughy and clean. An innocous, quaffable brew. Essentially a blonde ale fermented with a Belgian wheat strain. Unique.
