Antares is a brewpub chain that I planned to visit during my trip to Argentina. I went on a Monday night around 8 pm and the place was packed with a family friendly (there were children with their families) and festive atmosphere. My wife and I were able to get a table in the back.
They had a selection of 7. I had a pint of the Kolsch to quench my thirst and a pint of their imperial stout. The former was adequate and the latter was decent (B+) even by U.S. standards. The pints were the equivalent of $4.50 USD, not bad. Happy hour is till 9 so I got both pints for $4.50 USD. They also offered a porter, a honey beer, another type of stout (can't recall what type), and a barlywine which is also offered in a bomber but I couldn't buy it because it was past 9 and there is a law. That does not allow for the sale of alcohol to go after 9 pm.
As for the food I only tried the ham/salami & cheese samples which were really good. Bread they serve is good too.
