Pours a light golden color with plenty of head and soapy lace. Aroma is lightly acetic, actually has a raspberry lambic like smell, but more restrained.

In the taste, light raspberry, faint tartness, a bit of funk but finishes dead even. Light hoppy floral flavor and a touch of peppery yeast spice. The flavors are mellow and delicate but do play nice together.

Overall, this is a decent saison. It had some lambic quality in the aroma but faint in the taste. A funky little beer, but a little watery.
