I enjoyed this on tap at Hunger N Thirst served in a tulip/goblet
The color is mildly hazed golden with frothy white cap and thick lace sticks with apparent nitro effect on the head. The smell is yeast dominant with light fruit ester and mild spice accent with gentle tropical element with toaste malt -the coconut comes through slightly but more as it warms. The feel has slight nutty quality with yeast coming off as creamy from the nitro delivery. The feel is slightly tangy and the fruit/nut of coconut and yeast is there mid palate with a mostly dry finish with slight chalky nitro quality.
The taste is tangy with slight yeast in the flavor and mild hop up front adding spice with nutty malt mixed with a slight creamy wheat flavor and hint of coconut in the back with herbal hop flavor and dry finish with subtle alcohol. This is a decent and drinkable light feeling belgian good for the style with mild alcohol and coconut is not over the top.
