A: Bright orange coloring, dense nature, with a thin milky toothpaste white head of 0.5 inches. Retention was rather short, but did provide a decent amount of glass decoration (lacing). Softly carbonated.
S: Nice scent of sour cherries, mid-range strength, natural with maybe some hints of apricot fruit, perhaps from the yeast. (brett).
T: The flavor is very smooth as with all their sour beers. Not overpowering, but rather gentle, soothing with very little acidity. Smooth wheat backing, lightly creamy, the sour cherries are evident, well balanced providing a soft tangy sourness. Some tart funkiness of sour lemon and sour oranges appear on the finish.
M: Gentle carbonation, medium wheaty cream body, smooth texture.
O: A nicely balanced, smooth farmhouse sour, that is noob friendly, but very well crafted to be enjoyed by the true sour fan. Good drinkability.
