A: Pale lemony gold coloring with a good clarity reveals a soft, still amount of carbonation. Thin, frothy topping is dull white.
S: The hops are spicy on the nose, but generally light in strength. Lemon-apple with some prickly dill notes and citrus gives this a herbaceous touch along with some earthy fresh greenery.
T: The flavor showcases the Japanese Sorachi hops, with spicy notes of dry lemon and dill. Herbaceous and bready palette, along with some fresh woody greens and grassiness. Its hard to describe the Sorachi hops, you just have to experience them for yourself.
M: Crisp and light bodied. A small graininess factor.
O: The spicy Sorachi hops give this a herbaceous and different taste, dill and lemon grass, with some flowery fresh hops that certainly doesn’t disappoint.
