-growler from location. Consumed 1.5 hrs past pouring. Made with New Zealand Taiheke hops, pale, pils, and oats.
A: Light and loosely dense carbonation lies within a bright orange colored body. Light haze from the oats, with a rather quickly diminishing head.
S: Fruity tones of oranges and mangoes are forefront along with some tropical notes of pineapple and soft pine hops. Light peaches and fruity character.
T: The flavor followed suit with a fruity nature, stone fruit and guava. Not sure if I ever had Taiheke hops before or their flavor components. Citrusy-lightly dry tropical fruit would be my best description.
M: Crisp palette with a grainy sense. Dry hops off the tongue with a smooth and creamy texture and feel.
O: Overall pleasant enough to enjoy per growler, fruity and citrusy, very crisp delivery with an easy drinkability.
