This is a special, one off, version of Edgar IPA that was barrel aged and infused with Brettanomyces.
A-Golden copper with a thin light tan head.
S-Slighty sour tart green apple being prominent with a background hint of citrusy hops.
T-Hops dominate the palate with a funky sour aftertatse. A very interesting combination of flavors that meld beautifully.
M-Medium bodoed with a sharp / crisp bite. Great hop bitterness and green apple in aftertaste.
D-WOW! What an interesting brew...all of the hop goodness one would expect from Edgar with the interesting sour funkiness due to the Brett addition. What a great experiment!
