Lagered 2 months with 11 lbs of unsweetened dark Belgian chocolate.
A-Deep copper with a thin ring, off-white head. Spotty lacing left behind.
S-Absolutely lovely. Malty caramel sweetness with a supporting blast of rich chocolate. Awesome!
T-WHOA! If you are a lover of chocolate this is a brew for you! Fabulous rich chocolate flavour wraps around the malty sweetness. This is so tasty.
M-Medium body with a rich, luscious smooth texture. Simply outstanding.
D-Are you kidding. SierraGs is trying to suck down my pint after drinking her own! Between this and the coffee cream stout on tap at the same time this is almost beer paradise! Kudos to Terry for making a mighty fine brew in a style that often leaves me flat wanting something more. The only thing more in this brew I could ask for would be more in my glass please!
